IDUST CLEANING POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IDUST Cleaning values your home and loves your business.  For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms.

Every cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by IDUST Cleaning. Our cleaning experts are well grounded in the best cleaning pattern to apply for various surfaces such as stainless steel, ceramic tile, granite and many more. If there is a particular cleaning product you prefer please kindly inform us in advance and make it available to us when we arrive at your home.

IDustcleaningservices LLC,is a licensed, professional Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services that is fully insured for your protection.

Our normal working hours are Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

Mode of payments

We kindly accept the following medium of payments

Case of Refunds

 For the fact that we want you to be 100% satisfied we offer you a 24 hour guarantee. In this case if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service delivered, endeavor to call us within 24 hours and we would be back to re-clean the dissatisfied area with no extra cost attached.

Cancellations

We require at least a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel service. Once your appointment is confirmed the time slot is opened for you and other potential customers are turned away from that particular time frame. If your cleaning service appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance you will be responsible for 50% of your regular cleaning service price.

Privacy policy

The information we gather through this website or any order information from any other third party is not shared.

Staff

Our staff safety is very important  to us , so they do not move anything heavier than 25 lb.. Activities like this put our staff in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please kindly move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area. Our cleaning team cannot remove their shoes to enter or clean your home due to health reasons and insurance. We do supply our crew with medical shoe coverings which can be worn upon your request. Please be aware, for sanitary and safety reasons, shoes must be worn without medical coverings while cleaning your bathroom.

Extra services

Please contact us 24 hours earlier if you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, so we may allow the extra time needed at your home or office and we can give you a price quote for the additional service or services.

Loss and Damage

IDUST Cleaning is willing to pay for damage caused by any negligence on our part.  In cases like this we will need pictures of the item, a price from a reliable source or original receipt and a written statement explaining what transpired and how it involves our service provider. If an item is spoilt due to lack of proper support we will not assume responsibility.  If there are items of great value or that you consider being irreplaceable, please remove them before we arrive.

Gratuities

IDUST Cleaning never requires tipping, but it is a great way of showing appreciation to your service provider.  Note your appreciation does not necessarily need to be money.  A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service means a lot.
